Using Activity Filters in Invelo

Learn how to filter leads by prospect dates, appointments, and completed tasks in Invelo

Invelo added new Activity Filters in the CRM to help you quickly find and manage records based on your recent interactions and engagement history. These filters make it easier to focus on the leads that need your attention most, without manually digging through records.

What Are Activity Filters?

Activity Filters let you narrow down your view of records based on specific activity types or timeframes. You can now filter your contacts or properties according to their recent activity, such as:

  • Date Entered Prospects – View when a record first entered your Prospects stage.
  • Date Exited Prospects – Track when a record moved out of the Prospects stage, helping you understand conversion or churn timelines.
  • Date of Last Appointment – Filter records based on the most recent appointment logged.
  • Date of Next Appointment – Find upcoming scheduled appointments so you can prepare in advance.
  • Last Completed Task Date – See when a task was last completed for each record, useful for identifying inactive leads.
  • Last Completed Task Type – Filter based on the type of task most recently completed (e.g., call, email, visit).

How to Use the Activity Filters

  1. Go to your Prospects tab in Invelo.
  2. Click the All prospects button at the top right part of the page and then click on Add new filter.

  3. Scroll down to look for the Activity Filters. Choose your preferred filter(s). You can select one or combine several for a more targeted view.

  4. Apply the filters to instantly see matching records.
