Using AI Driving for Dollars in the Prospects CRM

Leverage AI Driving for Dollars to identify potential deals for one property or multiple properties

AI Driving for Dollars (AI DFD) lets you virtually scout neighborhoods and identify potential investment properties using AI and Google Street View images. The tool detects visual signs of distress—like damaged roofs, overgrown yards, or boarded-up windows—so you can uncover opportunities without leaving your computer. Whether you’re analyzing a single property or multiple listings at once, AI DFD helps you quickly build lead lists and focus on the most promising deals.

Using AI DFD in Bulk Property Selection

1. Go to the Prospects page in your Invelo workspace.

2. Select multiple properties using the checkboxes next to each record.

   

3. Click More from the Bulk actions menu and select AI Driving for Dollars. 

   

4. The AI Driving for Dollars will analyze the selected properties for signs of distress. 

5. The AI Driving for dollars modal will appear with the number of property records you've chosen for the session and the total cost ($0.03 per property). Click Purchase. 
   
   
   
   

6. You can check the result by going to the single property record view. Click Details and scroll down to AI driving for dollars.

   

Using AI DFD on a Single Property Record

1. Open the property record you want to analyze.

2. Click Manage in the upper right part of the page and select AI Driving for Dollars. 

   

3. The AI will evaluate the property and indicate whether it’s a potential lead for your Driving for Dollars efforts. 

4. You can check the result by going to Details and scrolling down to AI driving for dollars.

• Ensure property records include accurate addresses so AI Driving for Dollars can access the correct Google Street View images.

• Use AI DFD to virtually scout neighborhoods before committing to physical visits—it’s a fast way to identify distressed or potentially investment-worthy properties.
