Filter your records based on the most recent interactions
The Last Activity filter helps you quickly find Prospects or Contacts based on their most recent interactions. This includes any activity logged through Invelo such as calls, texts, emails, appointments, tasks, or notes. It’s a great way to identify who you’ve recently connected with — or who hasn’t been reached out to in a while — so you can plan your next steps more efficiently.
What the “Last Activity” filter does
The Last Activity filter looks at the most recent activity recorded for each Prospect or Contact. This includes any of the following:

Appointment: A meeting or property viewing that was scheduled.

Task: Any completed or assigned task related to the record.

Call: Logged phone calls made through Invelo’s dialer or using your smrtPhone integration.

Email: Sent or received emails recorded in the system.

Text: Text messages exchanged using your smrtPhone integration.

Note: Notes manually added to the record.
How to apply the filter

Go to Your Records: Navigate to either your Prospects, Leads, Deals or Contacts page.

Open Filters: Click the All Prospects/All Leads/All Deals/All Contacts on the top of the page and select Add new filter.

Select Last Activity filter: From the list of available filters, choose Last Activity Type or Last Activity Date.

Set Your Criteria: Choose the activity type or date range you want to filter by. For example, you can view:
- Records with appointment as the last activity type

Records with activity in the last 7 days

Records with activity before a specific date
-
Records with no recent activity type or date (no touch)

Apply Filters: Once your criteria are set, click Apply to display the matching records.
Tips for using the Last Activity filter

Plan Follow-Ups: Use the filter to find leads that haven’t had any recent activity so you can re-engage them.

Monitor Engagement: Quickly see which records have been interacted with most recently.

Combine Filters: Pair “Last Activity” with other filters (like Status or Tag) to narrow down specific groups of records.
By using the Last Activity filter, you can easily manage and prioritize your outreach—ensuring your follow-ups are always timely and relevant.
