This process ensures that every property address has associated owner details. These owners are then stored in your Contacts CRM as contact records. It’s important to understand the distinction between property records and contact records in Invelo: - **Deleting a property record only removes the property itself:** The owner’s contact record remains in your Contacts CRM. This way, you maintain accurate contact information even if you no longer track a specific property. - **Re-importing a deleted property record will link to the existing owner’s contact record:** Invelo does not duplicate records, so if the owner is already in your system, the property will be tied back to that contact instead of creating a new one.
