What skip tracing includes
When you skip trace a record in Invelo, results may include:
- Owner phone numbers (mobile, landline, and alternate numbers when available)
- Email addresses
- Mailing addresses (if different from the property address)
- Associated contacts (in some cases, additional household members or decision-makers)
Beyond basic contact details, Invelo also provides advanced data enrichment and compliance checks:
- Distressed indicators (liens, judgments, foreclosures, and other distress signals)
- Vacancy status (flags if the property is vacant)
- Mailing address verification (marked as deliverable or undeliverable)

- Do Not Call (DNC) scrubbing — labels contacts as DNC if found on state or federal DNC registries
- (Note: Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Louisiana are excluded)
- Litigator scrubbing — identifies numbers associated with high lawsuit risk
- Last seen data (phone number and mailing address last seen timestamps)
- Corporate-owned properties (LLCs) — identifies LLC ownership and provides a contact name plus mailing address via Invelo’s corporate skip tracing engine
