You’ll also receive dedicated training for you and your team to ensure everyone is fully onboarded and ready to maximize the platform.

The goal of White Glove Migration is simple: reduce friction, eliminate the guesswork, and deliver a smooth, streamlined start that sets you up for long-term success with Invelo.

Offer Features

• Dedicated Support: Each customer is assigned a dedicated Invelo expert to gather requirements, execute the migration to Invelo, and host live onboarding sessions for you and your team.
• Tailored Solutions: Your Invelo expert will host a introductory call to understand your current systems and procedures to meet the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of your real estate business.
• Hands-On Approach: We handle all the heavy lifting and tedious tasks that a CRM migration requires, while solving potential challenges and addressing questions and concerns.
• Proactive Training: In addition to migrating your data and procedures to Invelo, this service provides personalized training for you and your team, ensuring you can confidently navigate and maximize the platform's capabilities.

Standard Offer Services

• Export existing data from current CRM (prospects, leads, deals & contacts)
• Import existing data to Invelo (prospects, leads, deals & contacts)
• Manually migrate upcoming tasks, appointments, and activities
• Add team members and create roles and permissions

• Create existing lead follow up and task workflows
• Build existing CRM management workflows

Offer Cost

Invelo’s White Glove Onboarding is available at a standard cost of $499. This includes:

• A migration discovery call to assess your needs
• 6 hours of dedicated migration, setup, and configuration of your Invelo account—based on existing business operations
• 3 hours of live onboarding and training tailored to your team
• A post-onboarding wrap-up meeting to review progress, address final questions, and ensure a smooth handoff

If your Invelo expert determines that the scope of work or training requirements extend beyond the standard offering, an updated estimate will be provided. Additional hours are billed at a competitive hourly rate of $120.
