Can I export my customized columns?

Learn how to include your customized columns when exporting your records from Invelo.

To make sure your customized columns are included in your export:

• Click the gear icon ⚙️ at the top right of your table to open the Custom Columns menu. From there, select the fields you want to include and arrange the column order based on your preference.

• Apply a filter to narrow down the specific records you’d like to export.

• Click Export, then choose “Include only the columns within the current view.”

Once exported, your file will reflect the same custom layout you’ve set up in Invelo. If these steps aren’t followed, or if you choose the full export option, your customized columns may not appear in the export file.
