However, even if the skip trace returns phone numbers you already have, the cost of the skip trace still applies. That’s because the fee covers the search process itself, not just the new information found. **Refunds are only issued if Invelo is unable to find any contact information** for the property or its contacts—meaning no phone numbers, email addresses, or mailing addresses are returned. -
