Workflow Actions: Add/Remove List & Add/Remove Tags
Automate Lead Organization with Lists and Tags
Keep your records clean and segmented by using workflow actions to add or remove them from lists or apply relevant tags — all based on triggers you define.
Add/Remove from List
Use this action to automatically move records into (or out of) a specific list based on trigger conditions. This helps keep your marketing or lead management pipeline structured without manual sorting.
How to Use:

In the Workflow Editor, click + Add Action.

Choose “Add/Remove List”.

Select the list you want to add to or remove from.

Save your action.
📌 Use Case Example:

If a property is no longer Vacant, you can remove it from the Vacant list.
Add/Remove Tags
Tags are a flexible way to label records with additional information. Use this action to tag records automatically or remove outdated tags as their status changes.
🔧 How to Use:

In the Workflow Editor, click + Add Action.

Select “Add/Remove Tag”.

Type or select the tag you want to use.

Save your action.
📌 Use Case Example:

When a record has all phone statuses as No answer, you can add a tag like “Unresponsive.”
-
When a record replies and is moved to the next stage, you can remove the “Unresponsive” tag automatically.
