Understanding Property Workflow Filters

Trigger actions based on property-level data, including ownership, lead info, deal details, and more

When setting up a Property Workflow, you can choose from a wide range of filter conditions to control when records are enrolled. Filters are grouped by category to help you find what you need quickly.

Filter Categories Available in Property Workflow

Below are the main filter categories and example fields available under each:


1. Property Record

Control workflows based on system-level record data.
Examples:

  • Created Date

  • Lifecycle Stage

  • Record Status

  • Tags

  • List Quality
  • Last skip traced


2. Custom Fields

Filter based on custom fields you’ve added to property records.


3. Lead Info

Lead-related data collected from acquisitions or seller interactions.
Examples:

  • Asking Price

  • Lead Temperature

  • Sale Timeline

  • Major repairs
  • Back payments


4. Deal Info

Details from acquisition or disposition deals.
Examples:

  • Purchase Date

  • Sale Price

  • Buyer’s Financing Type

  • Sale date
  • Sale offer amount


5. Property Details

Physical and locational attributes of the property.
Examples:

  • Bedrooms

  • Lot Size

  • Year Built

  • Vacancy date
  • Property type


6. Ownership

Information about current or previous property owners.

Examples:

  • Intrafamily transfer
  • Last sale date
  • Owner occupied
  • Owner type
  • Years of ownership


7. MLS Data

Filter based on MLS listing status, agent info, and price history.

Examples:

  • Listing date
  • Listing price
  • Days on Market


8. Valuation & Equity

Filter based on AVM, equity %, and estimated value.

Examples:

  • Assessed improved value
  • Assessed land value
  • Estimated equity (%)
  • Estimated value


9. Foreclosure

Use foreclosure data like auction date or status in your filters.

Examples:

  • Auction date
  • Foreclosure status
  • Recording date
  • Release date


10. Driving for Dollars

Filter by D4D tags, routes, or who added the property during a drive.

Examples:

  • AI DFD analyzed

  • AI DFD pull date
  • Image capture date


11. Primary Contact & All Contacts

Filter using the primary contact tied to the property, or any linked contacts.
Examples:

  • Contact type

  • Last skip traced

  • Primary contact exists

  • Primary phone (DNC)

  • Primary email status

     


12. Marketing & Workflows

Control workflow logic based on export dates, email/SMS engagement, or other workflows.
Examples:

  • Current campaign enrolled

  • Current workflow enrolled 

  • Previous campaign enrolled

  • Previous workflow enrolled
