Invelo’s file storage feature allows you to upload and store important documents directly inside your property and contact records. Instead of keeping files scattered across multiple devices or platforms, you can keep everything in one organized, easy-to-access location—right where your team works every day.

What Is Invelo’s File Storage?

File storage in Invelo lets you securely save documents, images, and attachments inside your CRM. This ensures that every property record or contact has all supporting files readily available whenever you need them—no digging through folders or switching between apps.

Why File Storage Matters

Effective file storage helps you:

  • Stay organized: Keep documents tied to the correct property or contact.

  • Access information instantly: No need to hunt down files or rely on multiple platforms.

How to Upload Files

Using file storage is simple:

  • Open any single property record or contact record.

  • Under the Activities section, select the Files tab.

  • Upload the files you want to attach to that record.

You can add documents such as photos, contracts, correspondence, inspection reports, PDFs, spreadsheets, and more.

Where to Find Your Files

Files are stored at the record level, so you’ll find them in:

  • Any property record, under Activities → Files. Scroll down to the History and select Files

  • Any contact record, under Files. Scroll down to the History and select Files

This keeps your file management directly tied to your workflow.

Storage Limits by Plan

Your available storage depends on your subscription plan:

  • Starter Plan: 50 GB

  • Growth Plan: 200 GB

  • Professional Plan: 500 GB
