Where to find your AI Driving for Dollars results

After analyzing properties using Invelo’s AI Driving for Dollars feature, you can easily view the AI-generated insights right inside the property record. This section provides a quick walkthrough on where to find your AI DFD results so you can review the distress score, confirm image details, and better understand each property’s condition.

How to view your AI Driving for Dollars results

Once a property has been processed through AI Driving for Dollars, you can access the results through the property’s individual record. Here’s how:

1. Open the Property Record
   Navigate to your Properties tab and select the property you’d like to review.

   

2. Go to the Details Tab
   In the single property view, click on the Details tab to view its full information.

   

3. Scroll to the AI Driving for Dollars Section
   Near the lower part of the page, you’ll find a dedicated AI Driving for Dollars section.

   

4. Review the AI DFD Results
   In this section, you’ll see all available insights generated by the AI analysis, including:

   • AI DFD Distress Score – A quick indicator of the property’s potential distress level.

   • Image Status – Whether the AI images were successfully retrieved and processed.

   • Image Capture Date – When the original property image was taken.

   • AI DFD Pull Date – When Invelo pulled the images and generated the AI analysis.

These details give you a clear view of the property’s condition and help you decide whether it’s a good candidate for outreach or further investigation.
