Invelo defined vs User defined
When you import a property record into Invelo, we will automatically assign a primary contact if we find one in our system. However, you have the flexibility to select a different primary contact during the import process.
- If the contact information originated from Invelo, it will be labeled as Invelo.
- Contact information imported from a user-provided source will be labeled User Defined.
- Once the contact information has been skip traced in Invelo's system, you will be able to see the Last Skip Traced date on the record.
