Add sequences to your marketing campaign
- Once you've created your campaign enrollments by adding filter criteria and configuring your settings, you can now add your sequences.
- In this page, you will see the Sequences section. Click Add sequence.
Sequences refer to the various marketing touches or types (such as direct mail, email, SMS, etc.) that a record goes through during a campaign. - A pop-up modal will appear, allowing you to select your sequence. You can choose to send direct mail, send an email, send a text message, export data, send to a webhook, or send to Zapier.
- For direct mail, you’ll be prompted to enter your sequence name and then select your design from the available mailer types: postcards, letters, snap packs, bi-fold, or tri-fold. Once selected, you can choose to use either Invelo templates or your own custom templates. Additionally, a filter category is available to help you filter by options like preforeclosure, seasonal, and more.
- Once you have selected a design, click on Next to select postage.
- Create your sender profile information. If you have an existing sender profile, it will be available as an option.
- Once you click Next, you will be directed to the Preview page, where you can review your selected template. Tick the "I agree to these terms" box, then click Confirm to save your sequence.
Note: Remember to enter your Send date. On this page, you can also edit, preview, or discard your sequence. You may keep adding your sequences depending on your marketing strategy.
