Designing effective SMS templates for bulk messaging campaigns in Invelo
Creating an effective SMS template is a key step in running successful bulk messaging campaigns with Invelo. By designing concise and impactful templates, you can engage your audience, promote your services, and drive results efficiently. This guide will walk you through the process of creating SMS templates within Invelo, ensuring your messages are not only well-structured but also optimized for maximum impact in large-scale marketing campaigns.
You will need to set up a marketing profile if you want to customize the SMS template. You can follow the instructions on how to set up a marketing profile here.
Access requirements:
SMS templates are used for bulk SMS marketing campaigns through workflows, which require smrtPhone integration. To access both workflows and smrtPhone, you'll need either a Growth or Professional plan.
To create an SMS template:
- From your Invelo dashboard, click the profile icon at the right hand corner. Once the dropdown menu appears, click Settings.
- Once you're redirected to the Settings page, navigate to the left menu and click Templates. Once the dropdown list appears, click SMS.
- You can create an SMS template by clicking the Create button.
- Enter a name for the SMS template and the body of the text message.
Note: You can customize the message by adding the attributes to add the receiver's name or address in the message. You can also add the attributes in your marketing profile such as name, phone number, email address, and etc.
- Once you're done entering the SMS, click on Create.
