Designing effective SMS templates for bulk messaging campaigns in Invelo
Creating an effective SMS template is a key step in running successful bulk messaging campaigns with Invelo. By designing concise and impactful templates, you can engage your audience, promote your services, and drive results efficiently. This guide will walk you through the process of creating SMS templates within Invelo, ensuring your messages are not only well-structured but also optimized for maximum impact in large-scale marketing campaigns.
Access requirements:
SMS templates are used for one-offs and bulk SMS through workflows and campaigns. This also requires an active smrtPhone integration. SMS one-offs and bulk SMS through campaigns are available for all plans. Bulk SMS through workflows are only available on Invelo's paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Professional).
To create an SMS template:
- From your Invelo dashboard, click the More button on the left-hand menu of the page and selecting Template Library from the list.
- Once you're in the Template Library, select the Text messages tab.
- Click on the Create button.
- Once the Create a text message template pops up, fill out the name and the body.
Note: You can customize the message by adding the variables to add the receiver's name or address in the message. You can also add the attributes in your sender profile such as name, phone number, email address, and etc. You can check the various variables you can attach to your template by clicking the (x) sign.
- Once you're done entering the SMS title and body, click on Save.
