Creating and Managing Custom Outreach Templates

  1. Navigate to the "More" section, and click on the Template library.

  2. On the Template library, you can choose the type of template you want to create:
    • Mailers
    • Emails
    • Text Messages

  3. Select the appropriate option based on your needs.
  4. Click on the Create button to start creating your template.
  5. Enter a template name that reflects the purpose of the template for easier future reference.
  6. Write the content of the outreach message in the editor part. For email templates, enter an email subject line.
  7. For direct mail, click on Mailers, then click Create.
  8. You will be redirected to the Create New Template page under Settings.

  9. Enter your template name. This should be a name that helps you easily identify the template later.

  10. Select the product types you'd like to use. For postcards, choose your preferred size from the options available: 4x6, 6x9, or 6x11. For professional letters, pick your envelope type—either windowed or non-windowed. Once you're ready to proceed, click Next.

  11. In the template builder, the Templates tab contains your created templates under MY TEMPLATES. If you haven't created any yet, you'll see the Design Your Own button to start building your template.

The Team Templates section houses all templates shared by team members, while Invelo Templates offers pre-designed options. Under Invelo Templates, you can choose a category based on the type of template you want to create, such as Preforeclosure, Seasonal, Land, Real Estate Agents, General Seller, or Probate. You can also search for specific templates using the search bar in the top right corner.

  12. Next is the Text tab, where you can select your headers and fonts. The My Fonts tab allows you to upload any custom fonts you'd like to use.

  13. The Elements tab contains various shapes and lines that you can use.

  14. The Upload tab is where you can upload your logo or images you'd like to use when building your template.

  15. The Background section lets you choose from a wide variety of background templates.

  16. The Layers section allows you to select elements on your active page.

  17. The Fields section includes attributes for your Contact, Property record, and Sender profile. The Contact Fields contain attributes for contact information pulled directly from the primary contact. The Property Address Fields pull data directly from the property record. The Sender Fields retrieve information from your sender profile. The Property Details section includes property data such as APN, bedrooms, bathrooms, building condition, and more. You can also pull data related to ownership, valuation, equity, and foreclosure.

  18. Invelo users can now upload QR codes to build their templates on the QR section.
  19. Our template builder also includes an Add-Ons section, where you can add street view property images for $0.02 per mail piece.

  20. Once you've built your direct mail piece, click Save and download the proof for review. After saving, your created template for direct mail will appear in the Template Library under Mailers and will be ready to use in your marketing campaign.
