Entering Lead Details

Track and manage your lead pipeline more effectively by entering key lead details in Invelo.

Accurately entering lead details is essential for managing your pipeline in Invelo. These details keep you organized, show where leads come from, and track their progress—while also powering your Marketing and Lead Generation Analytics Dashboards.

When you move a prospect to a lead, entering key info like source, status, and motivation ensures your data is complete and insights are accurate. This helps you make smarter decisions, optimize campaigns, and close more deals.

What Lead Details Can You Add?

When editing or adding a lead in Invelo, you’ll have the option to enter the following details:

  • Lead Source: This indicates how you acquired the lead—whether through direct mail, cold calling, driving for dollars, online ads, etc.
    Why it matters:
    Adding a lead source helps you understand which marketing channels are performing best, so you can focus your efforts and budget more effectively.

  • Lead Temperature: Choose from Cold, Warm, or Hot to reflect the lead’s level of interest or readiness to engage.
    Why it matters: Invelo uses this data to track your lead pipeline metrics. It gives you a clear picture of how many leads are in each stage and helps you prioritize follow-ups.

  • Sale Timeline: Enter the lead’s expected timeline to sell (e.g., immediately, within 30 days, 3–6 months, etc.) to help you plan your outreach and follow-ups accordingly.

  • Asking Price: If the lead has indicated a desired price, you can enter it here to reference during negotiations or analysis.

How to Add or Edit Lead Details

  1. Go to the Leads pipeline CRM.

  2. Click on a lead to open the single property record view.

  3. Navigate to the Lead Details panel.

  4. Click on the Add fields to update the details for Lead Source, Temperature, Sale Timeline, or Asking Price.

  5. Hit Save to update the details.

 Best Practices

  • Always enter the Lead Source as soon as you move the property record from Prospect to Lead.

  • Update the Lead Temperature regularly based on conversations or interactions.

  • Use Sale Timeline to set reminders or tasks based on the lead’s selling intent.

  • Keep Asking Price updated to compare it with your offer or market value.

Keeping your lead details up to date helps Invelo provide more accurate reporting and supports better decision-making in your marketing and sales process.
