FAQs
If I know a property is vacant but it isn't listed as vacant, can I move it to Vacant Records?
Can I change what properties are listed as vacant if I determine that they are vacant when Driving for Dollars?
The Vacant Records on your Dashboard identifies records that have been listed as vacant within the last 4 months based on how they are reported in the county. You can't edit the vacancy status data inside the record. However, you can move any records you've found from Driving for Dollars to any Vacant Records list that you've created.
You can find the vacancy status and vacancy date of a property by looking in the record under the Property tab.
