If you’d like your absentee lists to stay updated, you can create a workflow that automatically updates your absentee lists for you whenever the status changes.

We also recommend using the Absentee indicator instead of manually maintaining lists. Indicators are dynamic filters that update automatically, so your data always reflects the most recent absentee status.
