Invelo’s List Builder streamlines this process, allowing you to track properties as they move from Prospect to Lead to Deal. By organizing and updating your records at each stage, you can focus on the most promising opportunities, optimize your marketing efforts, and close more deals efficiently. In Invelo 2.0, property records are automatically categorized into three lifecycle stages: Prospects, Leads, and Deals. Managing these stages effectively helps you stay organized and focus on the right opportunities at the right time. Follow these steps to track and update your property records throughout the sales process.

Managing Property records across life cycle stages

  1. Access Your Property Records by Lifecycle Stage. Click Prospects, Leads, or Deals in the left-hand menu to view records at each stage.
  2. Move a Property from Prospect to Lead
    • Open the prospects tab and select the property/properties you want to move to the Leads stage.
    • Click Move on the bulk actions tab at the top of the page. 
    • Once the Bulk edit: Move modal appears, select a life cycle stage, a pipeline, and a pipeline stage.
    • Click Confirm.
  3. Move a Property from Lead to Deal
    • Open the Leads tab from the left-hand menu.
    • Switch your view from Card view to List view. 
    • Select the property/properties you want to move to the Deals stage
    • Once the Bulk edit: Move modal appears, select a life cycle stage, a pipeline, and a pipeline stage.
    • Click Confirm.

Tips

  • You can use Workflows to  set up automation rules to move properties between lifecycle stages based on specific triggers (e.g., a positive response, an appointment set).
  • You can use filters, tags, and notes to prioritize property records and track progress. 

By effectively managing property records within their lifecycle stages, you can streamline your workflow, stay organized, and focus on closing more deals.
