Locate properties by city, zip code or county

Invelo’s List Builder makes it easy to find properties based on specific geographic areas, allowing you to search by city, zip code, or county. This feature enables you to quickly target properties within your desired location and streamline your property search process. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of using the location search bar to narrow down your list of potential leads, ensuring that you focus on the areas most relevant to your investment strategy.

Search for prospects by location

1. Click the List Builder tab on the menu bar at the left part of the page. 
   
   
   
   
2. You can enter the target location you want the property address to be in by typing the city, state, zip code, and/or county on the location search bar. 
   
   
   
   You can also look for a specific property address by searching for the full address. 
3. Optional: You can use the Draw tool to hone in on a more specific location or neighborhood. The draw tool is only available to Growth and Professional users. You can upgrade your plan here. 
   
   

Tips:

• When searching for properties, we recommend adding the Location filter first before adding the indicators and other filters. 
• Invelo will automatically display properties that match your set filter conditions as soon as you enter the target location in the search bar.
• The Draw tool can only get results for properties within a 250-mile radius.
