Understanding queued marketing batches in Invelo
Explaining limited batch visibility in active campaigns
When running a marketing campaign in Invelo, you have the flexibility to send out your messages in controlled batches—this helps you better manage your outreach based on your team's workload, timing, and marketing budget.
What Are Queued Marketing Batches?
When creating a campaign, you can set minimum and maximum thresholds for each batch. For example, if your marketing audience has 1,000 records, you might choose to send batches of 100 to 200. This batching strategy gives you greater control over how many records are sent at a time.
This feature becomes especially useful if you’ve enabled the "automatically add matching property records" option. With this setting on, Invelo will continue to add new records that meet your campaign filters, but it will only send them out once the minimum threshold is reached.
Why Don’t I See All My Batches Right Away?
When you activate your campaign, Invelo will only display the first three batches under the campaign's Details tab, even if more are scheduled based on your total audience size.
This is expected behavior. Once the first batch finishes processing, Invelo will automatically queue and display the next batch. This drip release approach ensures your campaign stays organized and manageable.
What You Should Know:
-
Don’t worry if you don’t see all batches listed right away—more will appear as each one completes.
-
This setup is designed to help you stay on top of your campaign’s progress and avoid overwhelming your system or team.
-
Batch processing is continuous. No need for manual intervention once your campaign is live.
