Invelo’s List Builder offers powerful advanced filters that allow you to refine your search and target the most relevant properties for your investment strategy. By narrowing your criteria based on key Property, Ownership, MLS, Valuation and equity, and Foreclosure data, you can build a highly focused list that meets your specific needs. Learn how to use advanced filters effectively to streamline your search and maximize your lead generation efforts.
Using advanced List Builder filters
- From your List Builder section, go to the search bar on the top left corner and enter your farm area's address, city, zip, or county.
- You may opt to add Indicators, Property types, Number of bed/baths, and Market value using the quick filter options.
- Click Filters in the quick filter menu.
- Once the Advanced filters modal appears, you can add in your preferred filters to refine your search. The filter types available in Invelo are the following:
- Property
- Ownership
- MLS
- Valuation & Equity
- Foreclosure
- Optional: You may save the filter sets you have chosen by clicking Save as new.
- Click Apply.
Tips
- To check the filters that you have applied, click on Applied filters beside the Search tab inside of the Advanced filters modal.
- To clear the Advanced filters you have chosen, click on the Reset button.
- Click the Gear icon next to Apply to customize the data you want to include in your results. You can choose to return the following:
- Mailing address complete
- Property address complete (default)
- Both Mailing and Property address complete
- No preference (This option will include all property records in your results, even those without a complete property or mailing address. You may use this option in case you're looking for land.)
