How to check your import, export, and order history

You can review all of your import, export, and order history under the History tab.

Imports

The Imports tab shows all of the record imports that have been added to your account. The data includes:

• Filename: The name of the file that the records were imported from
  (Note: This only shows for manually uploaded records.)

• Created: The date of import

• Status: Whether the import was successful/completed

• Stage: The stage the records were imported to

• Source: Where the records came from (whether they were automatically uploaded from a List Builder automation or if they were manually uploaded).

• Total Records: The total number of records that were imported

  • New Records/Duplicates/Errors: The number of records that were new, duplicates, or had errors

Exports

The Exports tab shows the exports that have occurred on the account. The data includes:

• Name: The title that the export was named

• Created: The date of export

• Status: Whether the export was successful/completed

• Stage: The stage of the exported records

• Total Records: The total number of records that were exported

Orders

The Orders tab shows the history for any in-app purchase in Invelo like skip tracing and marketing. The data includes:

• Order ID: The unique code given to the order

• Created: The date of order

• Product: The service/product that was purchased

• Status: Whether the purchase was successful/completed

• Amount: The total cost of the service/product
