For campaigns, what does a failed record mean?

Records in a campaign may be listed as a failed record for a couple reasons:

• For direct mail, the mailing address may be undeliverable or otherwise unable to receive mail.

• For other sequences like ringless voicemail or email, the records may not have an email address or phone number listed.
