Understanding the key differences between the Mobile Home property types in Invelo
When working with property data in Invelo, it is essential to understand the distinction between different types of mobile and manufactured homes. This article clarifies the classifications and how they are represented within Invelo.
Mobile/Manufactured Homes (Regardless of Land Ownership)
A mobile or manufactured home is a factory-built home that is transported to a permanent location. These homes may or may not be on land owned by the homeowner.
- Land Ownership: Homeowners may either own the land their home sits on or lease it from a mobile home park.
- Location: Can be placed on private land or within a mobile home park.
Mobile home or trailer parks
A mobile home park (also known as a trailer park) is a community where multiple mobile homes are placed on rented land.
- Land Ownership: Residents own their mobile homes but rent the land from the park owner.
- Location: Typically a designated community with multiple mobile homes and shared amenities.
By understanding these classifications, users can better analyze property data and make informed decisions within Invelo. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team at support@inveloapp.com.
