What permissions do team members have?

What kind of permissions can team members be given?

In Invelo, team members can be assigned different roles with varying levels of access and permissions. These roles help you control what each team member can view and manage within your account.

Owner & Admin

Owners and Admins have full access to all features and settings across the platform, including:

  • Billing & Wallet

    • Manage subscription plans, billing details, and wallet funding

  • Account Access

    • Invite, edit, or suspend users

  • Data Management

    • Access and manage any property record or task

    • Perform bulk actions (assign, edit, move, enroll)

    • Use bulk delete and export

    • Access skip tracing

    • Manage contacts

  • Campaigns & Workflows

    • Create and manage campaigns and workflows

  • Settings & Integrations

    • Manage all company settings and third-party integrations

  • Analytics

    • View and analyze account performance data


Manager

Managers have strong operational permissions but cannot access billing, wallet, or user management.

  • Data Management

    • Full access to properties and tasks

    • Perform bulk actions, delete, export, and skip tracing

    • Manage contacts

  • Campaigns & Workflows

    • Create and manage campaigns and workflows

  • Settings & Integrations

    • Access and modify company settings and integrations

  • Analytics

    • View account analytics


Regular User

Regular users have more limited access, focused on task and data handling.

  • Data Management

    • Perform bulk actions (assign, edit, move, enroll)

    • Do bulk export
    • Use bulk delete

    • Skip trace property and contact records
    • Manage contacts
  • Settings

    • Access and manage company settings

  • Analytics

    • View analytics


Limited User

Limited users have the most restricted access, ideal for roles that only need to manage contacts and conduct research.

  • Data Management

    • Use skip tracing

    • Manage contacts
