Using a custom direct mail template

  1. Follow the steps listed in this Invelo article on how to set up a direct mail campaign
  2. Once you click Add Sequence, choose the Direct Mail option from the list. Alternatively, you may also choose to Edit an existing sequence in case you chose a campaign template.

  3. Name your sequence and set the Send Date—this is the date your mailer will be sent out to the records. Don’t forget to select a marketing profile as well.

  4. Choose the type of direct mail for your sequence. After selecting the direct mail type, choose Continue. Invelo supports customized templates for the following mail types:
    • Personal Letters
    • Professional Letters
    • Postcards

  5. When you reach the Templates section, select Custom and pick your custom direct mail template. You may request a custom direct mail template by following the instructions on this article

  6. Review the design of your custom direct mail and approve the proof if it meets your standards.

  7. Save the sequence.
