Create text message sequences

Learn how to send personalized text messages (SMS) in your marketing campaigns

Invelo lets you create automated text message sequences for your marketing campaigns. The process involves setting up a campaign, defining the message sequence and timing, customizing the messages, and scheduling the send dates.

The integration with smrtPhone is free within Invelo, but you need an active smrtPhone subscription to send text messages using the platform.

Creating a text message (SMS) sequence

1. Click on Campaigns from the left-hand menu of Invelo.
   
   
   
   
2. Once you're in the Campaigns page, click Create campaign. 
   
   
   
   
3. Choose whether you would like to market to Property Owners or Buyers. 
   
   
4. Enter your campaign details, filter conditions, and settings at the left part of the screen. 
   
   
   
   
5. Click on Add sequence. 
   
   
   
   
6. Select Send text message as your outreach action. 
   
   
   
   
7. Select an existing Sender Profile or create a new one. Ensure that SMTP email is integrated into your account. Additionally, choose a timezone that aligns with your target audience, as Invelo schedules email sends based on the timezone set in the Sender Profile.
   
   
8. Add the content of your SMS marketing outreach. If you have an SMS template available, you may click on Templates to access it. 
   
   
   
   
9. Click Next to finalize your content. 
10. Check the Preview to see what your email would look like. 
    
    
11. Once you're good with the proof, check the checkbox to Agree to the terms. 
    
    
12. Click Confirm.
13. Add your send date after to proceed to the next sequence or next step.
