Learn how to connect smrtPhone to your Invelo CRM
The smrtPhone integration with Invelo allows you to connect with motivated sellers faster and easier than ever. With this integration, you are able to click-to-call and text, send SMS marketing, manage your entire team's communication efforts, and get access to KPI reporting.
Access Requirements
To use the smrtPhone integration, you must have an Invelo Growth or Professional subscription and a smrtPhone subscription.
- You also must purchase or port a phone number in your smrtPhone account.
- You would need at least a Starter plan subscription with smrtPhone although it is going to limit you to one user only.
- To enhance compliance and security across the smrtPhone platform, you would need to verify your identity in smrtPhone before purchasing your first phone number.
Install the smrtPhone integration
- Create or login to your smrtPhone account.
- You will need to select Invelo as your CRM when signing up for smrtPhone.

- Now go to your Invelo account and click on the Profile icon in the top navigation bar. Select Integrations.
- Select the smrtPhone profile and click Add smrtPhone.
- You will first need to copy and paste your Invelo API Key in your smrtPhone account.
- In the integrations page, select smrtPhone. Once you're in the smrtPhone integration page, copy your Invelo API Key.

- After you have copied your Invelo API Key, click on the linked website for smrtPhone. This will open a new smrtPhone tab.

- In the smrtPhone tab, paste your Invelo API Key in the box 'Invelo API Token' and click Connect.
- While you are in the smrtPhone dashboard, click on the Admin icon on the left side of the screen. Then click API Tokens at the bottom of the Admin menu.
- Click on Show token and copy the entire API token.
- Navigate back to your Invelo account, paste your smrtPhone API token into the box 'Your smrtPhone API Key', and click Save and Validate.
- Click on the tab Map Users and select a smrtPhone user for a team member in your Invelo account.
- Once you have linked an Invelo user to a smrtPhone account, the integration setup is complete.
Please note that you can uninstall the integration at any time. Uninstalling cannot be undone and all settings will be cleared, as the integration will cease to function.
