Invelo's List Builder makes it easy to view and analyze property details before adding them to your lists. By accessing the Property Details Modal, you can examine crucial information such as location, owner data, and comparables. This feature allows you to evaluate properties thoroughly, ensuring you select the best ones for your needs. Follow the steps below to learn how to open and navigate the Property Details Modal in List Builder before importing records into your database.
View property details
- Navigate to List Builder and follow the steps on this page to find your ideal prospects.
- From the List Builder results, select a specific property you'd like to review. The map will automatically zoom in on the property’s location.
- When the Property Details modal appears, click on Details to view additional information.
- In the property details window, you can explore various details by clicking on each available section.
- To access comparable property data, simply switch to the Comparables tab.
