Automate personalized emails to Leads, Deals, and Prospects
The Send Email workflow action lets you automatically send personalized emails to contacts in your Leads, Deals, or Prospects pipelines based on specific triggers you define. Unlike bulk campaigns (which are limited to Prospects), this feature allows for real-time, automated email communication throughout your entire sales funnel. To use it, be sure to integrate your email account via SMTP.
SMTP Integration Required (Gmail or Yahoo)
To use the Send Email workflow action, you must first connect your email provider to Invelo using SMTP.
We currently support integrations with popular providers like:

Yahoo Mail
Without this integration, you will not be able to send emails through workflows.

Why Use Workflow-Based Emails?
Unlike Bulk Email Campaigns, which can only send messages to your Prospects, the Send Email action in workflows allows for more advanced and flexible targeting:

How to Set It Up

Go to Workflows in your Invelo dashboard

Create a new workflow or open an existing one

Add a trigger (e.g., “Lead status changes to Nurture”)

Click + Add Action and choose Send Email
- Select an existing Sender Profile (with SMTP email integrated) or create a new one.

Compose your message using text and dynamic fields
