Prospects Overview

Invelo's Prospects Stage is designed to help investors manage and nurture potential real estate opportunities before they become active leads. It keeps everything organized, ensuring no opportunity is missed while tracking engagement effectively. Users can access detailed property and owner data, including ownership details, property characteristics, and transaction history. Additionally, custom filtering and tagging allow investors to segment prospects based on specific criteria, making it easier to prioritize outreach efforts and focus on the most promising opportunities.

Why Prospecting is Important

Prospecting in Invelo is essential because it helps real estate investors build a strong, data-driven pipeline of potential opportunities. With prospecting, you can:

  • Build a strong pipeline: Helps investors identify and organize potential real estate opportunities before they become active leads.
  • Prioritize high-potential properties: Uses filters and tagging to focus on the most promising prospects.
  • Increase marketing efficiency: Ensures outreach efforts target the right properties, reducing wasted time and resources.
  • Track and organize data: Stores property and owner details, transaction history, and engagement tracking in one place.

How to Access Prospects

  1. Log into your Invelo account.
  2. Navigate to Prospects on the left-hand menu.

Using Prospects

  • You can manually add a property address to your database. 
  • Narrow down your property records result by using Invelo's intelligent filters.
  • Save filter sets which you usually use.
  • Identify your high quality records by selecting the List Quality filter as High, and selecting the List Count as 2 or more. This will show records that are on at least one high-quality list and are also on multiple lists.
