Find, import and compare a single property while list building
In Invelo's List Builder, you can easily search for a specific property address to gather detailed information, import it into your database, and compare it with similar properties. This feature is especially useful when you’re looking to analyze or target a single property during your list-building process. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to search for, import, and compare a single property while using List Builder.
Searching for a property address in List Builder
- Click on List Builder on the menu bar located on the top of the page.
- Once you're in List Builder, find the property search bar and enter the full property address you’re looking for. Invelo will automatically populate matching addresses based on your input.
- From the auto-populated results, select the address that matches the property you're searching for.
- After selecting the property address from the auto-populated matches, the property details modal will appear immediately. From there, you can view both the property details and comparables data.
- You can add the property to your database by clicking Add to List on the top right part of the modal.
